Just cooked the first one yesterday. I had never ate any sea cucumber before, so it is hard to comment on the taste. But shipping is very fast. And size is big, bigger than the description- I bought the large ones, which says around 26 per pound. I received 19 for a pound. If I need more, I think I will order from them again.
