I was curious about my grip strength and hand strength not knowing what it would be. I surprised myself lol. It has a dial that you can adjust to your hand to allow your pointer finger to reach a 90 degree level. The design is what you'd expect and easy to use. The size is versatile with different age groups, my 5 year old tried it along with my older child, myself, and my husband. It functions as it should, seems durable enough for the price paid. You have I belive the ability to store around 18 maybe 19 users. You can apply your age and gender.

This is a great device to have handy. Very easy to use. A must piece of equipment to measure your grip strength. Easy to read your performance and you are able to record different users.

Works decent. Sometimes pretty consistent readings, other times I can pull 5x and and have a 75lb
