I have been using WeeSprout jars for over 6 years now. Originally used them to store my first child’s baby food, then using them in and around my kitchen years after. I love the jars and how durable they have been after all these years. Now with my second child here, I am doing the same, using the same jars to store baby food. This such an amazing product. I have used/purchased other Wee products as well. I truly stand by WeeSprouts brand.

In it she said, "We are a small family business, and we are so grateful that you supported us and tried out the jars. If we were unable to earn your 5-star rating with our product, at least we can provide 5-star service." That's exactly what Wee Sprout did. With no prompting from me, they gave me a full refund and replaced my jars. I was floored. This is a company that cares a lot about its reputation and about keeping its customers happy. This product and company get my full endorsement. I've said before that it's a good product and maybe I just had one bad jar. I've continued using my old jars since the one broke, and I've had no further incidents. Just be careful about microwaving cool jars; make sure you use low settings (mine was from from the fridge, not the freezer). -------- Overall, I do like these jars. They're attractive, easy to clean, and do a great job of storing food (usually...see below). My baby is all grown up now, but I purchased these for myself. I'm a bariatric patient, and these are the perfect size for my food portions, making it very convenient to prepare meals ahead of time and store them for later. That's exactly what I would do, and when I was read to eat, I'd pop something in the microwave to warm it up. The jars claim to be microwave safe, so I didn't think there would be an issue. Well, as the photo shows, there was an issue today, and it's a big one, which is why I had to give a middling rating of three stars. I heard a pop from the microwave and I knew instantly what had happened. I can only hope this one jar was defective, but I'm hesitant to test it out on any more of my jars.

These are great for freezing purées or storing dry or more solid items in, but do not hold liquids very well. They tend to leak or you take the lid off and leak a bunch that settles into the lid somehow. I still use them and my son is eating solids now so I use them for storage for snacks to go into the diaper bag. Love the glass instead of silicone or plastic! Still well worth the purchase but that is why I am not giving 5 stars.

These are my favorite jars. They worked great for purées in the early days and now we use them for snacks and leftovers. They’re durable and can handle my baby being rough with them even though they’re glass.

The glass containers are very easy to crack. Not so recommended for preparing baby food.

The quality is excellent, and I highly recommend this product.

I've only had these for less than a month and already had a few shatter in the microwave even though they are listed as microwave safe! I wasn't even heating for very long (less than 30 seconds) and wasn't even heating from frozen (just cold or room temp). Since I'm using these to store baby food, it's extremely concerning if it breaks around myself or my baby or if there is broken glass around. Steer clear of this poor quality product!
