Soooooo tasty! Unlike any other sea salt.
I love this salt. I scrub my Okinawan purple sweet potatoes, then coat them in oil and sprinkle the salt all over the skin before baking it for an hour and a half and 400° Fahrenheit. The result is a super tasty treat. I eat the potato skin and all! The skin bakes with just the slightest crisp and as a slight saltiness to contrast the sweetness of the purple sweet potato and it is heaven! I don't even add anything else to it and just eat it straight out of my hand!
