Absolutely perfect
This valve fits an 87 and 88 TRX 125 like a glove every other valve on eBay and Amazon that says it fits it is incorrect. This is the only one I found that actually fits that four wheeler like it should. buy it!

Fit my generator and works fine with no leaks
I ordered this replacement petcock for a Hyundai HD3500 generator, I purchased cheap, to replace the original which was completely clogged. This does seem more light weight and flimsy compared to the original petcock. However, I was able to install this and had no problems with fuel leaking. The handle turns fine, and I think that I will just have to take care with how I turn it on and off. I used PTFE on the threads coming out of the fuel tank and an adjustable wrench to tighten this on. I did not over tighten it, just snugged it up. On the initial installation, there was no fuel leaking from the threads or around the nut. The petcock appears to be working fine, and hopefully it will last.

My generator developed a gas leak at the original shut off valve. This is an exact replacement and included a new fuel strainer. Easy to install and works perfectly. My generator is back in service and ready for the hurricane season power outages.

Caution Be Prepared For Product Failure and MacGyver Fix
First off, let me say that this valve does indeed provide the root needed function which is a fuel cut-off. It however like all the other reviews you will see, breaks when you try to install it. This is due to the difference in depth from the stock flange compared to this knock-off part. Very close but still different enough to sheer off the top edge of the flange that secures the mounting nut while tightening it to the bottom of the generator tank. On to the MacGyver Fix: So since the flange is still there on the cut-off valve just missing the mounting nut and flange edge and that its a non-pressurized line (see the output held on with a wire hose clamp) I went to the local auto parts store and purchased 6" of 1/2 inch fuel line and a couple of hose clamps. I secured this to the bottom flange of the fuel tank and then onto the top of the cut-off valve for the win. In all cost $6.00 and change and took about 10 minutes to do.
