Still new to this product. I've only been using it about 3 to 4 weeks so far. It hasn't caused any issues.I feel a little more energetic. I'm waiting to see if it helps with hair and nails as others have claimed.Time will tell in the coming weeks. But right now I like how I'm feeling. No complaints.

This product did nothing at all for me, my thyroid was worse than ever forcing me to go on prescribed drugs. I took this due to the write up but beware and don't buy more than one bottle it you are going to try it. then when it doesn't work you won't have laid out a lot of money to begin with.
