The messages contained within the book are good; but the way in which they are presented is not so good. Far too many quotations - often taken out of context and seeming somewhat platitudinous - and lots of repetition of the same point, just phrased in different ways. There's a lot of overlap with this book and The Leaders Without a Title - it uses the same framing device of a fictional character who learns various lessons in life by meeting different inspirational teachers. I read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari and loved it. I read this book and liked it. It's not bad. But it's not great. Worth a look if you're a fan of Robin Sharma.

The positives are this book covers a lot of theories, and concepts. Some I've read before others possibly not.The negatives none of this material is unique, it's badly explained, he over uses great quotes which overshadows his own points, and the story is badly written and honestly not needed.Maybe if your a younger audience, or someone who hasn't read many of the great inspiring books out there. This would be a good buy, but if you have read some of the great books, and experienced good story telling. I wouldn't get this book again.

I enjoyed reading this book and found it very helpful. What I like about this author is that he just does not recommend his books , he recommends books written by other authors. Through his recommendations , I have discovered other great books by other authors which are changing my life for the better. Thank you Robin !

A wonderful inspirational story. I would definitely recommend reading this, as a guide to help you with life's challenges and how to approach them.

I found it interesting but not as good as the monk who sold hi Ferrari.
