I previously purchased a Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine with ‘manual’ settings. This time I decided to purchase this Krups machine… and oh, WOW! I can’t believe I waited so long to get an automatic dispensing coffee pod machine like this one.! The ability to adjust your coffee and milk settings to create a truly personalised beverage is so satisfying. Very happy with this purchase. A personal recommendation from me to you❣️

Warranty not supported in UAE
This was a great little machine... while it worked. But when it broke down less than a year after purchase I found that the manufacturer does not honour the manufacturer's warranty in the UAE as it is not an "official UAE model", so they do not carry parts. I was told it was just tough luck, and I needed to buy a new machine. If you are looking for a Dulce Gusto machine and you are in the UAE, make sure you purchase a DeLonghi model (such as the Piccolo), not a Krups model (like this Mini Me). It is a shame as I have had excellent experience with Krups machines over the years, it is just that there is no warranty cover for their Dulce Gusto machines in UAE.
