This book is necessary for my current class so, of course, I love it! Plus, it is filled with a lot of great information regarding leadership practices as well as what leadership is.

Purchased this book for a project management course. Great reading, and a great refresher for me. I recommend younger people read this to grow into leaders, and managers/supervisors should read this to become leaders. Great value.

The book is fairly good and it contains some ideas which are helpful in project leadership. However, some chapters, especially those address personalities are boring to me.

I had to buy this book for a project management class. Informative on the basics but dated. Information on identifying personality types and styles but no advice on how to deal with difficult situations.
