I got this for work. I work at a remote call center for Gap and they require absolute silence. My kids hang out in the next room but occasionally walk in. This thing is SILENT. I listen to the recordings of my calls when they kids walk in and you can't hear them at all! My husband and I tested it in a room with loud TV, radio, kids, etc and you can have the volume up over 1/2 on the TV and the other person can't hear. I wear these for 12 hours a day and no headache or anything. They stay on and stay put even with glasses, they're light and the battery life is insane. We use them with our cell phones too. I could never hear my husband well in the car but now he can drive with the windows down and it sounds like he's in a room alone. I cannot recommend these enough for anyone who has to wear a headset. My only negatives are that I wish the volume went up higher and you can't pair more than one headset to a base, so I had to buy 3 of them.

This is a great wireless headset and the noise cancellation doesn't actually get in the way of talking. I had tried other brands that had wireless bluetooth headsets and while they seemed to be OK, their noise cancellation would often soften the volume of my voice and others could not hear me as well. No challenge with that on this device. Also, I like the option of the charging base. For my situation it's great because when it's charging, it disconnects the base as an audio device so that I can go back to using my normal speaker and microphone. I actually really like that feature. My main reason for getting this headset was because my normal mic and the room I work in has some echo. So if I talk a lot, I use this headset to sound great and if I am primarily listening, I put the headset on the charger and use my normal multimedia. I use this for my work computer that doesn't have bluetooth, so I use the base. I do not have administrator privilege on my work laptop and was concerned that might be an issue using this device, but it was not. No special drivers required and Windows recognized it immediately. Couldn't be easier. The headset is comfortable and the buttons work well. The MFB is small, but I am sure I'll get used to finding it quickly and easily.

I am regretting buying this headset, which I was hoping to use for video conferencing and calls via desktop applications for work, such as Teams. There are several issues that render it pretty much useless unfortunately. One, it keeps losing the Bluetooth connection while it's not in use, so when you get a call on an app like Teams, you have to press a button to first allow it to pair and then again to connect. That is not an instantaneous process, so it turns into a scramble. Sometimes it just doesn't connect at all and you end up not being able to take the call. Two, the design of the dock is terrible. It is really hard to put the headset back in and then you have to move it around till the pins align for it to start charging. Three, the ear piece is smaller than pictured and takes some getting used to. Once connected, though, it works fine. I would have returned it but I opened the package and connected it and made the mistake of throwing away the packaging. For this much money you should be able to find better wireless headsets.

Update 9/20: after leaving my review seller messaged me to send me a new headset with the experience that I had with my previous headset. I was very appreciative of the effort to assist their customers. As a work from home individual headsets and their comfort are important. I loved that the headset allowed me to move around my house with out concerns of connection loss. The issue I previously had was with the headpiece falling off. Now that I have this newer headset I’m glad to be trying out the head piece once again. A+ for customer service It’s an OK headset but the headpiece already broke. So I had to put a hair-tie on it or it will dig into my head. No one wants to work with that pain for 8+ hrs. I haven’t even had this for a year and it already broke. It’s pretty flimsy headset. Added pictures so you can see. After a while the sounds isn’t that great either.

I love the headset. It's the best working headset. I have used. I drive semi-truck. So a lot of the time there is a lot of background noise. Most people I talk to can not hear anything. They asume, I am not at work at all. So the sound cancelation is amazing. I can hear others very well as well. They can hear me loud and clear. I would recommend this headset to anyone. It's comfortable and the battery last me at least 2 days before I have to charge it.

It's not just that it is a good headset for the money; it's a good headset period. I was using a Blue Parrot that cost me around $250 and I was never happy with it. The range was terrible for example. This headset allows me to leave my phone anywhere in my 2300 sq ft house and be connected anywhere inside and most of the outside too. The only place it has trouble is penetrating through two cinderblock walls at once -- one seems to be fine but two not so much if I am 30 ft from the house outside. Good quality sound -- not Apple pod good, but good for voices and way better than the Blue Parrot. Also, it absolutely kills unwanted sound from my end. I was standing next to my 60 gal air compressor and it started up -- extremely loud sound -- and the person on the other end heard zilch, nada, no sound at all. That's impressive. I've yet to run the battery down in the few months I've had it. Two years later: The headset no longer functions and I have not found a way to contact tech support. i went to their web site and requested help and have gotten no response in weeks. I bought another brand of headset because I needed a headset. Two star reduction for no tech support.

I'm a work from home programmer that likes to listen to music while coding. I also needed something for video conferences where my family can pass by and not interrupt. These headphones did the trick. I have a large head and find it hard to find comfortable headphones, but these are great. The lightweight makes them disappear on my head. The ear piece is soft and spongy. After a few hours it does start to bother by ear, but all I do is switch ears and all is good again. The included charging base acts as a connector for the headphones through USB. The base gives me plenty of distance to travel that I can keep listening while getting drinks in the kitchen. Bluetooth connected easy enough to my phone so I can use it to answer calls on either my phone or computer without using separate devices. Over all, I would highly recommend, and in fact I will order another pair so I also have a backup.

There just arent enough words to describe how awesome this headset is. I work nine hours doing online IT support. It's light, noise canceling is great and sound quality rocks. I bragged about this to my team, four ordered it right away. Don't mess around, get this headset. Update: a year later, and the performance of this headset is a good as the day i bought it. We also have meetings in MS Teams and i've never had an issue with them. Fantastic performance, NC is phenomenal. Don't pass this headset up. Totally worth every penny. Sometimes I'll head downstairs to feed the cat during a team meeting and i've never lost connectivity or any drop in sound quality and when i reply, no one can tell i'm in a different part of the house. Best headset I've ever owned.

Ha funcionado muy bien desde el primer día, buena duración de batería, buen sonido auricular y micrófono y sobre todo la CANCELACIÓN DE RUIDO, que me permite escribir en el ordenador mientras estoy conectado y reunido, sin molestar a otras personas. Se me desconfiguró 3 años después de la compra y el servicio de atención al cliente me ayudó a solucionar el problema.

Ce casque d'écoute fonctionne vraiment très bien. Le son entendu, des deux côtés, est clair et fort. Je l'utilise dans mon travail, je suis en télétravail et je suis toujours au téléphone. J'ai essayé plusieurs modèles avant celui-ci, mais il est de loin le plus performant. Un très bon rendement et rapport qualité et prix. Il est confortable à utilisé, ajustable et est léger. Le chargeur ne prend pas de place et la lumière devient rouge lorsque le casque est entrain de charger. De plus, il suffit de simplement déposer le casque sur la base pour que le chargement débute. Je recommande. Un outils, pratique, ergonomique, économique et confortable !
