Hows the sound quality on receiving calls and making calls?does it clear?

I find I can hear well with this. I do get complaints about my background noise and being unable to be heard over it. If I'm outside and birds are singing, they can clearly be heard

I remember it coming with the charger cord to be hooked into a USB port. The actual part that plugs into the wall, sorry it's been over a year and I don't remember
