Question 1

Does it work on PC?

Accepted Answer

Yes it does. It actually works better on PC than any other controllers I've tried. I can play anything on the steam library(Which is basically EVERY game on the Global market) so if it can't play Forza on Windows I'd be VERY surprised.

Question 2

What is the difference between the 3 different trigger lock?

Accepted Answer

It's like how far you have to press in for the button to work. I personally couldn't really tell the difference and it actually made some of my gameplay not work correctly (for example the speed of the thruster on my sparrow in Destiny 2, it was always slow until I figured out it was because the trigger was being kept from being fully pressed). It claimed it wouldn't affect things that way but in the end, it did.

Question 3

worked great for months then today plugged it in and leds come on at first then nothing at all no connection no lights, anyone know what’s up?

Accepted Answer

I'd first try and switch to a different USB port, to see if the connection issue is with the remote or possibly that port. If your sure it's a remote issue, powerA has a 2 year warranty for their products. They require a proof of sale, which there is a "View Invoice" link in the Returns and Orders section of Amazon. I've actually had this remote replaced via warranty when the triggers broke. They'll also want pictures of the front and back of the device, but won't make you mail back the original. The replacement came in about 4 weeks. Below is the link to the warranty page where you can submit a request for replacement. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
