Pase de 115 libras a 132 el único detalle es que dan sueño, te recomendaría tomarlo por la noche unas 2 horas antes de dormir y por la mañana s un buen apetito (tienen olor muy fuerte y sabor como las pastillas prenatales) en mi opinión

FUNCIONAN
Estas pastillas realmente ayudan a subir de peso. En 4-5 meses subí 19 libras y me encantaba como me veía. Llegué a pesar 120 libras. Estoy segura que se puede subir aun mas y mas rápido pero, las dejo de tomar cada cierto tiempo porque me provocan dolor de barriga pero es una sensación nada agradable. Les recomiendo tomarlas tarde, a eso de las 6-7pm de la noche porque provocan mucho cansancio y al otro día les dura bastante tiempo la sensación. A mi me provoca un mal humor horrible, no soporto a nadie los primeros días 🤣. Y para empezar tómense la mitad ya luego pueden tomarla completa. El cansancio a mi me dura como una semana.🚨RECUERDEN NO TOMÁRSELA TEMPRANO PLIJJJJ🚨

Me arriesgue a comprarlas y no me arrepiento, desde que la estoy tomando me siento más tranquila, y el apetito es normal, cómo sin tener nervios por hambre, si quieres mantener tu peso es ideal, pero en mi caso he bajado los niveles de ansiedad.
