failed on aluminium bike parts, but might be fine for other metals.
bought for cleaning aluminium , but this is not the tool for the job. Not tried on other metals.

Nothing special. Bar Keepers Friend is far better in my opinion

Doesn't clean silver or precious metals
Was sent the standard metal polish in place of the silver polish, so would therefore be too harsh for the work intended.

The product itself is very good but unfortunately arrived with the top of the can smashed off and leaking into the packaging
