After starting an extreme workout, such as Insanity, I would wake up everyday, with the worst muscle pain. Going up and down stairs became an arduous ordeal that took a ton of energy out of me, just suffering getting to where I needed to go. I had read multiple reviews about Legion and figured I'd give it a shot. I can honestly say that I'm glad that I did. By the second day of using it, I felt a decrease in pain, and by day 4, I'm practically pain free in the mornings! I purchased the unflavored kind, as I don't like tropical punch, and although it's not completely flavorless, it's good. It doesn't mix well with just water, so I recommend using a Blender Bottle or something similar to help mix the powder. Also, as at least one other reviewer has stated, it causes me gas approximately an hour after taking it. However, I'll trade some gas for pain free mornings. Will definitely purchase again when I'm running low. UPDATE: After a week of using Recharge, the gas has finally went away. I can only assume my body got used to the product.

Unflavored is slightly sweet and dissolves well! Personally didn’t use, but a fellow gym friend loves it!

I purchased the unflavored Recharge so I could mix it in my protein shake after workouts. It definitely mixes well, has no taste but is VERY sweet. The first 4 days I took the recommended 5mg scoop and did experience some nasty stomach issues along with water weight gain, about 5lbs. I took 1 day off to give my stomach a rest and when I resumed on the 6th day, the stomach issues subsided. That day is when I noticed the difference in my recovery and in my endurance during workouts. It's been awesome. Also, within another 3 or 4 days after resuming, the water weight went away. Thanks!

Hey I would like to share with you my experience with The Legion team. I have been a long time supporter of Mike Matthews and his work, I have read and owned Bigger Leaner Stronger, The Shredded Chef, Eat Green Get Lean, and I'm currently about to finish the Beyond Bigger Leaner Stronger book and challenge. I'm also under a meal plan I purchased from Muscle for life. Over the last four years, since it's foundation, I have supported Legion Athletics and I consume their pre workout Pulse, their multivitamin Triumph, their joint supplement Fortify, their fish oil Triton, their fat burners, well almost everything with the exception of their Protein which is not affordable for me. I'm quite happy with their products I think they are honest with their work and Mike's books have changed my life, and I'm grateful for that. Sadly, Legion is now a proud company that doesn't care for their long time supporters. As part of my cutting plan I decided to join their Facebook group for support and interaction while having a few difference of opinions with some members which is natural in a multicultural and varied background forum. The Legion team constantly blocked anyone that had anything than a perfect opinion of their products and services. They also targeted my content and they finally blocked me when I expressed that I was sad with the costumer service they provided me. They discriminate, target, and block you without consideration, in words of a fellow and current member of the group "I didn't think your posts were any worse than what others posted and I thought you were UNFAIRLY TARGETED for reasons I'm not sure of". I have to be honest with you. I was surprised with Legion's customer service behavior, a few years ago I would have never believed they will act like this. I have personally defend their reputation in Amazon when people were lying about their products so WHY would they discriminate and target their customers? And I know why, for the quality of their products Legion is used to a lot of praise but the moment you raise a concern or valid criticism they shut down and target you, they stop liking you and they discriminate against you. Instead of growing as customer service they have become egocentric and prideful and the once honest company has become the one that uses defamation and falsehoods against their long time supporters. If your experience have been different, god bless bother, if they have treated you nice and with respect, god bless sister. I really don't wish that they treat everyone like they have treated me I respect your truth and also please respect mine. By the way they won't give you your money back if you don't want their products anymore. Don't expect them to have the decency to even take their products back.

I started reading all of the articles from Mike Matthews and decided that I'd try his supps. The recharge is quite good. I haven't taken creatine in a long time and have been lifting continuously for roughly 5 years. I was surprised that my muscle soreness has reduced significantly. I still get sore, but it isn't nearly as bad. I use the unflavored and I think it tastes good on its own. It sort of taste like sweetened water. I only got the unsweetened because it was cheaper on Amazon. If you're looking for creatine, don't hesitate and just buy this stuff. I think it mixes great with a blender bottle. Best mixing creatine I have used. I am also glad it doesn't contain a bunch of artificial ingredients. I wouldn't buy it if it did.

Not effective in providing the energy that it’s supposed to!!!

Overall quality is great. I really like the ingredient list as its full of scientifically backed research. The only negative about it that I can find is the taste. The unflavored will make a chocolate protein shake taste bad if you use it with almond milk or coconut. I found that skim plus does taste a bit better with it but that improvement is slim. However the positive effects of the supplement are noticeable so I guess its a fair trade.
