Pet Dwelling 2D QR Code Pet ID Tag - Dog Tags - Cat Tags - Online Pet Profile - Scan Tag Location - Instant Email Notification(Pink Paw)

Got one of these for my dog a few years ago after the company we had a similar product with shutdown. The colored paw print side did fade over the years but the QR side is still perfectly clear to see and intact which is really the most important part. Got a second dog Monday and ordered one for her. Super easy to activate the QR and also easy to add a second pet profile to the account. Highly recommend.

Love it! Simple to activate.
