No, The light doesn’t stay on with mine.

Q: Does the delete key exist so you can lock your screen?

Hi. The lock screen key combination on a K380 Logitech keyboard is CMD (which is the windows key) and 'L'. This only works in Windows. No key combination for a mac (well, not that I have found anyway).
