I used this Modelones top coat over my press-on nails and it made a big difference in how long they lasted. I applied my press-ons using Beetles gel glue (cured with a UV lamp) and then sealed everything with this top coat, including the edges. It really helped lock everything in and added a smooth, glossy finish. The top coat applies evenly, cures well under a UV/LED lamp, and doesn’t feel thick or bulky. I used it over press-ons that were originally matte, and it gave them a really pretty shine while also adding durability. I had no lifting and the nails felt much more secure compared to not using a top coat. If you’re doing press-ons at home, adding a gel top coat like this definitely helps them last longer and makes them look more like a salon set. This is the only top coat I get. I love it! It’s shiny, durable, and self leveling. You only need a thin coat and off you go! So easy! Some of my manicures have lasted up to a month with this on there, and minimum chipping l, dulling, or scratching. Definitely recommend.

Great! I love it I had to learn how to use it but after a bit of practice it’s just fine. It dries super fast under uv light and super shine and durable. Easy yo remove. A bit to thick for me though but like I said after some practice it’ll work great.

tl;dr newbie to diy uv gel nails 💅 Absolutely ✨stunned✨ and 💝in love💝 with this top coat. Lasts going on 2 weeks looking BRAND NEW and I'm a dental professional/housekeeper and mom of two so my nails go through A LOT. Like a LOT LOT. **Pics do not do it justice because my camera sucks, it is gorgeous like freshly polished glass in person. If like me you have watched way too many YouTube videos trying to figure out the best products, give this top coat a go. I am new to doing my own nails but have had a lot of experience in the dental field with primer and bond, various acrylics, polymers, etc, and started with a kit from another brand (rhymes with 'Deetles' 😁) and I've loved it, no lifting (same principles of placing a filling haha), easy to learn with, viscosities of base, gel, and top are very beginner friendly HOWEVER the top coat gets dull and scratched within a day or two. Soooo I decided to order this Modelones Gel Top and 2 others and this one blows all 3 out of the water. No comparison at all. This is my favorite so far. I work my nails HARD through the week as a mom, working, cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, etc. and this top coat just keeps going like yo what's next?! The set I have on now (in the pics/video) is only my 4th set, first baby French, and the other hand I did the same day and tested with another brand of top coat and it's so bad I didn't even want to post a picture. My ring finger nail broke, all 5 have lifting, are dull, chipped, and ragged. The bottle came beautifully packaged and sealed, very clean, it was definitely new. It has a medium viscosity, so not too thin, not too thick, but I think possibly thick enough to cover 3d art. Although my 3d gel has not arrived yet so I will update when I give it a go ☺️🫶.

A great top cute and had great shine! Thicker than most top cotes based on your preference.

Ignore my dirty finger. I did some work on my car....and this is my nails when I finished. This top coat is everything....still shiny and smooth. I know it's hard to tell closely....but take my word for it...I wouldn't be showing off my dirty fingers if it wasnt worth it.

Love this this topcoat. I just started doing my own nails and needed something with a nice shine. This topcoat is perfect. Gives just the right amount of shine to my semi-cured nail strips. Even through doing dishes and household chores it has not chipped or dulled. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this gel ! I got this to put on my natural nails to help prevent them from chipping so easily as I’m starting to grow my natural nail out from having worn acrylics and press ons for so long. This works soooo good! Some reviews mention it taking a long time to cure well not mine!! I put my nails under the LED light twice at 90 seconds each and the product dried and had my nails feeling hard as a rock I definitely recommend and shipping was fast!!

This is an amazing gel polish, it’s super shiny, just a bit runny so you have to be careful. I read other reviews so with that in mind, my application was great and it cures quickly. No sticky residue as noted.

I really enjoyed this top coat, its shiny and long lasting. The size is perfect and will last awhile, this is one of my favorite brands for gel polishes!

i love this top coat! it’s very strong, shiny and cures really well! it’s a tad bit on the runny side so it’s a very smooth finish, but be sure to wipe off the excess on your brush before you apply it so you don’t flood your cuticles! :)
