How do you adapt the 1/4" Male Flare Outlet Connection to 1/4" NPT fittings?

just unscrew the flare connection from the valve body . I believe the body is taped for 1/4" npt

Could I attach an Argon flowmeter to this and use a gas scale factor for N2 flow?

I don't know, only use mine to fill my nitrogen shocks on my buggy.

What is the max inlet PSI rating?

I believe the guage goes to 4000 psi but the bottle I use is only 2000 psi

Can it be used for air compressed pressure regulation?. I need to reduce an 600 psi inlet air to 0-150 psi.
