We received this whiteboard at the end of last week and noted that the whiteboard itself had a raised line running through it, so we reached out to the company to request a replacement. They swiftly responded and shipped out a replacement. The board is the perfect size, rolls very easily on a short-pile carpet, and looks great! It comes with colorful magnets, a magnetic eraser, and whiteboard markers, and everything is of high quality. The board is sturdy and was easy to put together. We are very happy with our purchase.

Really fantastic customer service. The first board we received was damaged - they included a card with an email to write to if there were any issues. I emailed and sent a picture of the damaged board and they sent an entire replacement. The only question they asked was where to send the replacement. From first email to received replacement was about a week. They did not require a return of the damaged parts. The board is easy to assemble and includes tools needed. You can do it alone (I did) but having an extra set of hands would be helpful. It glides very smoothly and all 4 wheels have brakes which is convenient. The board itself is works great - it erases cleanly and is magnetic. Flipping it over is very easy and locks in sturdy. Thank you very much for a great product and great service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great quality rolling whiteboard with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and a sturdy frame that moves well on wheels. There was some minor damage on arrival, but customer support was incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to help resolve the issue. The experience really showed they stand behind their product. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made whiteboard.

Easy to assemble even for 1 person and looks like it’s going to work out for my WFH needs. The only negative is 2 little dents on one side of the board.

Update: seller was great to work with! Received replacement product within a week of email that was sent. Board arrived creased. No damage to shipping box so this came damaged from the manufacture. Waiting on reply about board replacement.

As a whiteboard connoisseur, I am extremely choosy. This bad boy has all the features you want in a large, mobile, two-sided whiteboard with a professional finish that erases well, and it’s a price point for feasible home usage. Writers everywhere should have this. I adore it. The frame is light enough to easily move, but it’s sturdy enough to hold still while in use. Even multicolor dry erase markers wipe off easily (blues, reds, and greens often smear on lower-quality surfaces). The mechanism at the bottom of the board holds the board in place well, but it’s easy to press the spring lock down and rotate when needed. The marker tray is large but not to the extent of being unwieldy. I also love the clips, which you can use to display papers or cards (like color swatch cards or notes) that you find helpful along the edge of the board. Cannot say enough good things about this. Definitely worth the price, especially if it’s on sale. This was an amazing Christmas gift from my husband. Don’t use the complementary magnets on the writing surface, though; I suspect they’ll muck up the finish.

The frame is very lightweight but more sturdy than might be expected. It is well designed and easy to assemble with clear instructions. The whiteboard arrived with a large bubble on one side which made it unusable. When Maxtek Customer Service was contacted they immediately responded and solved the problem.
