Does this fit 2013 f150?

No it does not fit a 2013 F150, I mistakenly ordered them for mine and there is no place to mount them.

In some photos, both brackets appear to be the same shape. In others, one looks different from the other. Are they both exactly the same shape?

they are the same shape but they are confusing because they are mirror opposites. I used mine for light mounts on a snowblower, but I can see why they are shaped as they are for the f150

Can these be used on a 2019 ford f-350 superduty?

Not 100% but i believe that mold piece is the same.

the light will hit the Antenna

It works very well as described however on 1 side the light will hit the antenna and you won't be able to direct it the way you want. So I am not able to use these brackets as side ditch lights only front spots.
