How long does the weird chemical like smell take to go away? It’s night 6 and still is intense.

Mine only lasted a day, but I stuck it outside in the direct sun for the first 24 hours.

My experience is that this pillow has solved my neck & shoulder pain. I got the 5 inch but it REALLY makes all the difference when you get the right size. I'm buying my daughter the 4 inch pillow cube. It's worth trying. I love mine.

I purchased the 5 in and the 4-in version. They are both very comfortable. How do I choose between the two?

It should be east I would think. My hubby has broad shoulder so he has the 5 inch and it fits in angle of head and neck/shoulder. I use the 4 inch. I tried his one night it was too high for me and raised my head too high above shoulder crook
