Can you tan with these on?

I have no idea. Just FYI, they look great when first applied but are very poor quality and often after just a few hours, start peeling. Once they get wet they really start to peel as well.

it is different called name, you need to know that these tattoos are temporary tattoo, normally, it only last 3-5days. Thank you.

What if you have hairy arms?

I put a temp tattoo on the top of my wrist, having a woman's short, thin, light-colored, and barely noticeable hair. The directions say that after the tattoo is applied, you should apply a layer of petroleum jelly, baby powder, or cornstarch to the tattoo to help keep it from fading. I used cornstarch. It also states you can again apply petroleum jelly before taking showers to protect it from soap. It does make the difference. Mine has lasted weeks.
