Great quality! Perfect transition out of the Halo SleepSack Swaddle.
This has been the perfect transition out of the HALO SleepSack Swaddle for my little one. First time mom here, and the swaddle was a lifesaver, but as soon as baby started rolling we knew we needed to make a change! We liked the HALO brand, and we transitioned directly into this SleepSack. The material is soft, and it is a versatile weight. It is light enough that I can layer baby with just a short-sleeved onesie on warmer days, and provides enough insulation that I feel comfortable with baby layered with full PJs underneath on cooler nights. (We live in Minnesota, so summer temperatures can vary a lot depending on time of day and day of the week!) I also love that the baby can roll all around, in any direction, with no difficulty or fear of something getting caught and twisted around his neck. The zipper is high quality and I like that it starts near the feet, so it is never rubbing the baby's face. The cotton material stands up well to heavy use and multiple washings, and I have not had any pilling or discoloration so far. It feels soft for the baby. I have used just a single SleepSack for the past 1.5 months and it is still in great shape. When he grows out of the medium size, I plan to buy the next size up, probably in the microfiber fleece for the cooler fall/winter temperatures! Overall, would highly recommend!

Comfortable and soft
As a parent, I have found the HALO SleepSack to be an absolute game-changer in ensuring my baby's safety and comfort during sleep. This product eliminates the need for blankets, which not only reduces the risk of suffocation but also provides peace of mind knowing my little one is snug and secure throughout the night. The SleepSack itself is incredibly soft and well-made, offering a cozy environment that my baby loves. The zipper design makes it easy to put on and take off, even during those late-night diaper changes. I appreciate how it promotes healthy sleep habits by keeping my baby warm without overheating, thanks to its breathable fabric. Another standout feature for me is its versatility. Whether we're at home or traveling, the HALO SleepSack ensures consistent sleep conditions for my baby, which is crucial for maintaining a routine. Plus, the variety of sizes and designs available allows me to choose one that suits my baby's needs and our style preferences. Overall, the HALO SleepSack has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, safety, and convenience. It's not just a sleep essential; it's a peace-of-mind essential for any parent who prioritizes their baby's well-being.

Obsessed!
Obsessed with this sleep sack, I love the fabric, it’s light weight, soft and perfect for summer nights. Love the color wave, texture, and zipper quality. It’s the perfect size and length and very durable. I’ve washed this more times than I can count and the quality has remained the same. 10/10 would recommend!

Great lightweight sleepsack!
We love this sleepsack. It's been almost a nightly wear since we got it 3 months ago, and it has traveled with us through seasons and climates and has been very versatile the whole time. Also, the llama print is super cute! We got the large when the baby turned 10 months. It was big, but not unsafely so, and it still fits here with plenty of room at 13 months. Our baby is a little chunky with a big noggin though, so there's no fear of it coming off her arms or over her head. When we got this, we lived in a mountain town that had cold nights. We made it work as a heavier sleepsack by putting her in a warm fuzzy onesie inside the sack. Now, we live in a hot climate, she just wears a diaper inside the sack. We keep our house pretty warm, and she doesn't get overheated inside it. She started walking not long ago, and while she can stand inside the sack, it's not great for her to walk in it as it's a trip hazard. She can scoot around on her hands and knees pretty well though. The few times she's had it one before bed, we just undo the zipper at the bottom so she can have her feet free and she wears the top like a cape (under supervision, since it's still a trip hazard.) That zipper also makes diaper changes super easy. We think the quality is great and its stood up to near nightly wear for 3 months no problem. However, after seeing some reviews regarding zipper, I feel it necessary to say we haven't had any zipper issues - our zipper is metal and has held up well. It also has repelled stains pretty well with the usage of shout, and we haven't experienced fading issues. Overall, we love this sleepsack and would buy one again in a heartbeat.

The best out there
We tried others and these are probably the best in comfort and quality. I don’t know why kind of magic it holds because as soon as I swaddle baby is asleep. Stretchy and soft and looks like new even after multiple washes.

Fabulous product, great for every baby
My 15 month old has been using Halo sleepsacks since birth. She has grown really attached to them. She pulls up the fabric into her mouth and sucks/chews on it (I suppose not the best thing for reinhaling your exhausted breath, but I can't stop her when she is in her crib by herself). She also used to squirm in it to comfort herself to sleep, akin to a cricket rubbing it's legs to make noise. They symbolize bedtime to her as much or more than anything in her routine. I bought this all cotton one for the summer. We run the central air conditioner, so we weren't worried about her being too hot, which is why we choose light cotton. Also, I knew she would have a hard time going to sleep without wearing a sleepsack. This sleepsack satisfies my daughter and does it's job well. Only issue - mildew smell. Gross, I know. There isn't a mildew stain, just smell. Since she sucks on the fabric, it is wet. Cotton is not very resistant to mildew. Every morning I hang it outside in the direct sun so the UV rays can kill the mildew. I alterante sleepsacks, so one is not used two days in a row. Than, after two uses, and two UV ray killings, I soak it in borax (another supposed mildew killer), then wash in my machine on the highest cycle with santizing (really really hot water) settings, vinegar, steam and an extra rinse (to make sure that borax is not still in the fabric since she will be putting it in her mouth again). Then it's outside to dry in the sun (more UV rays). I don't think this is a defect in the product, I think it's just that cotton is susceptible to mildew. I with there was another way, though. It's a baby product and babies put things in their mouths. But so far, I have not found another solution.

The BEST sleep sacks out!
We’ve used Halo swaddles and sleep sacks with all 3 of our kids and they are the BEST. None of them can/could sleep without it. My 2 year old wore them until he was a year and a half! This one is for my 4 month old and I love that it’s muslin. It’s so lightweight and perfect for summer with little babies who need it to sleep but gives us the piece of mind that she won’t overheat! Another plus is that it’s wide enough that it won’t hurt their hips. Hip dysplasia runs in the family so that was a concern of mine. We did have one zipper break, but it’s still usable and the one that broke was passed down through all of our kids so it makes sense.

Can’t do without
We love Halo sleep sacks and this one is just cute as a bug! Perfect temperature control and washes and dries no problem. Our toddler can’t sleep without hers. Double sided zippers are fantastic as well.

Great for my baby who sleeps in a non air-conditioned room
My 7-month-old has been using this for about 8 weeks now, and it’s been great so far. It’s of a lower tog rating, so great for my baby who sleeps in a non air-conditioned room with the fan on. I only wish the sleeping bag zips from the feet up. With this one, you have to align the zips at the top (where the baby’s neck is), and then zip downwards towards the feet to close the bag. With a squirming or sleeping baby, sometimes the aligning of the zip tracks before it can be zipped down can be a bit of a tricky thing.
