Q: is this only for machines? and is the same as HSN had?

This is the same as the spray bottles. I buy this and refill my sprayer. I've never used it in a machine honestly. Best pet stain cleaner I've ever found.

Q: How much do you use per treatment?

Depends on the issue. Estimating 6-12 sprays per occurrence. In a few cases, I had to double the treatment. More for the anti-bacterial effect.

Q: This won’t bleach my carpet will it?

It looked lighter and brighter but no bleach stains. My carpet is a light color. I would test a spot first especially if your carpet is dark.

Q: Will this work for Pro Heat Pet cleaners?

Yes. I too have a Pro Heat, worked well.
