Review: It’s ok. - This book was just ok. It doesn’t go into great detail and provides pretty basic info. I have read other books about Down Syndrome that are better.
Review: Only book to read while waiting for your baby. - When we received our prenatal diagnosis a Developmental Pediatrician friend of ours recommended not reading anything but this book. How greatdul we were for that advice. This was a positive and uplifting book with tons of knowledge sharing. The suggestions and websites suggested made it the perfect read and I highly recommend it. As a matter of fact when we were in the NICU, another baby with DS was born. This is the book we recommended they start reading.

This book was just ok. It doesn’t go into great detail and provides pretty basic info. I have read other books about Down Syndrome that are better.

When we received our prenatal diagnosis a Developmental Pediatrician friend of ours recommended not reading anything but this book. How greatdul we were for that advice. This was a positive and uplifting book with tons of knowledge sharing. The suggestions and websites suggested made it the perfect read and I highly recommend it. As a matter of fact when we were in the NICU, another baby with DS was born. This is the book we recommended they start reading.
