Anyway, Amazon did not disappoint, I had miy share of 'anxiety' when the machine was supposed to come the next day and then it appeared as though it would be delayed but at the end it came right on time. And that's the main reason why I bought this product via Amazon, I usually don't buy computers and the sort unless it's directly from the manufacturer or a dedicated electronics store. Now, the machine is good, price competitive, I have yet to use it though but so far so good. Oh and just one more thing... It doesn't include the cover keyboard nor pen. I bought it Through my phone so I wasn't aware until I called and they mentioned there was a tiny writing mentioning that. Just so you buyers know.

Llevo varios días solicitando la factura y ni contestan ni la envían. Pronto tendré que devolver el producto. Actualización: Después de 2 semanas sí me enviaron la factura de manera correcta (se tardaron más de 1 semana en contestar). El producto llegó rápido y bien.

I am sure about the product was original.this is the charger i received from the box.cable quality low compare to price range.and this model 1800 adapter is 2019 model surface pro device.how this collaborate with 2020 new model surface go 2 tablet.after using this charge surface will not effect.....wheather this is sutable or not.im not sure about this.....sheller need to reply. warrenty also already 3 1/2 months over.but product received just 2 days only over.so i m not register warrenty some one already done it.microsoft also conform that.

Product is good only issue is the speakers are giving off light pops. Ive played a lot of YouTube videos and music so I know its not just in the video, quite disappointing because this is a brand new product apparently. Item is clearly resealed as the plastic wrap was loose. Labels on the box and wrap were different. Kinda throws me off because i cant return it as i have to use it everyday for college and cant be sat waiting for a replacement.

Justo hoy a 2 meses de haberla compramos y curiosamente con la garantía de proveedor caducada a 2 meses mi surface ya no enciende. Primero pensé que era la batería pero dejándola cargando 30min y aún así no enciende. Lamentable que Amazon venda estos productos defectuosos. Tire a la basura 9mil pesos...
