Does this have xylitol?

Yes. the full ingredients list is: Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Vegetable Glycerin, Xylitol*, Hydrated Silica, Purified Water (Aqua), Dead Sea Salt (Maris Sal), Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Xanthan Gum*, Titanium Dioxide, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Carrageenan†, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Organic Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Flower Oil

Can't you make this without mint!?

A company is not going to make just you a special request. Buy a different brand

Can you return it if you are not pleased with the results?

That would depend on the seller you buy it from. If it's Amazon (including Amazon prime) normally you cannot return toiletries if they are opened, unless there's something defective or otherwise wrong with it. I suggest reading up on Amazon's return policies for more information. You can do a simple internet search for "Amazon return policies " to easily get to the pages.

I can not see the label completely in the product images. Does this toothpaste has the California Proposition 65 warning on the label?

One ingredient on list: carrageenant, it’s derived from seaweed. When processed, becomes Polygeenan -which is on proposition 65 list, however, it says no significant risk because the level would have to be 1200 mg per day. Hope that helps!
