Hours of Fun
I bought this (for very little money) to take to visit my 5 yr old granddaughter and she loved it. The cards were the right size for her hands. The pictures of the different fish were simple and yet not cartoonish. It only took 1 or 2 games before she totally caught on and we played dozens of games over the week of my visit. I liked that the correct name and picture of the different fish were identified on each card, so she also learned those facts. She liked this card game the best over all of the more expensive toys I brought her.

My kids love it
I bought this set because we needed some new games to play with our 4 year old twins and the selection of "Go Fish" cards in our town was very expensive. I really wanted something inexpensive (after all, they are only cards) but also visually interesting. These seemed cute and had good reviews so I bought them. My girls love them. We have played as a family a few times and they get a big kick out of it. Some of the fish featured are starfish, octopus, american flagfish, hammerhead shark, siamese fighting fish, sawfish and some others. Each has a cute picture. I would definitely recommend this product!

Sturdy - Fit for Little Hands
Not a cheap version - cards are thick and sturdy - my grandsons love playing - included instructions which was helpful - cards appear to last through a lot of bending and folding from little one which is great - easy to wipe clean

Go Fish easy enough for a 3+-yr old (might have to modify a bit).
GO FISH: I play this with my 4-yr-old grandson. We even played it when he was 3. Its a great bonding activity we play at bedtime. I'vs.e played WAR with it, also an easy to teach game; and, (after picking up to 8 matching pairs of characters) we also play the MATCH (MEMORY) GAME. The cartoonish characters are real names of aquatic animals. I suppose its as describe but not what I was expecting.... smaller cards and we could not play war with them because they do not have numbers (the very similar deck I had (same kind of fish pictures for the most part) had numbers 1-4 I think ... so we could at least play war knowing who had the higher number.

This was a worthwhile card game, which filled hours of the kids holiday with endless fun and laughter. It is suitable for young children to play, but has even had the adults laugh too. My kids love playing this and we always get it out to play. It is just about trying to match up picture cards into groups and asking the other players if they have one of your picture cards. It is very uncomplicated, which suits young children.
