This was definitely worth the money I paid. It is smooth and fast. It has better features than my old phone. The battery holds up longer. I bought used and at good apprentice, the screen is perfect only see a few tiny spots on the back. I would definitely buy again!

Received phone within 3 days - product packaging: wasn't very good, if the carriers weren't careful and jostled the box around or dropped it I could see the glass cracking as there wasn't any foam around the phone, i however didnt experience this. unlocked status: I'll be honestly I have Verizon as my carrier and I did not experience any issues but I did read in the comments that some people did not get fully unlocked phones - I personally did not have any issues, battery upon arrival: was at about 50% when arrived, its not a big deal, when you get an electronic item that requires charging you're usually instructed to fully charge before anything any ways, took about 1.5 days to get down to 15 % from the original charge of 50%. battery life: I haven't had any issues as of yet, battery life will always be different depending on how many apps you have open, what your operating system settings are and other factors so you can always change the settings to preserve more battery life if you want. There hasn't been any specific days that the battery went dead crazy fast or anything. The included charger: TERRIBLE! lol its not a huge deal it's a nice bonus item but the charger connects and the phone states it's not the proper charger and will get to 100% in like 10 hrs so I'd recommend getting a better charger for the phone, as the phone was relatively cheap its not a big deal and I won't be docking any stars for it. Phone camera: I had the iPhone XR prior to buying this and I took the same exact picture with both phones determining that the Samsung actually took a better picture than the iPhone xr. Not by too much but the lighting did seem better in the Samsung picture than the iPhone. I've had no issues transferring all my information and honestly I'm really happy with this purchase. I wanted a quality phone but I didn't want to pay anything over $400 for a phone. I recommend getting a phone from Amazon, they have never given me any issues if I've had a problem with any of my items and as this phone is being sold by their company you'll have an easier time getting any issues fixed, just know that getting anything that's refurbished will have a chance of having issues, good luck 👍Edit: have now had phone for about a month, no other issues other than takes a while to charge on normal chargers but I have found a work around and it doesn't affect how long the phone keeps a charge, I've not charger my phone for about 2 days used it mildly and still have about 12 %Edit: I've had the phone a little less than 2 years and I still love it, I have an otter box on it and I haven't cracked the screen, the glass surrounding the back body of the phone is cracked somehow but since its almost always covered I dont really care. The only issue I've had is if the phone gets wet it won't charge but one its dry it goes back to normal. I've had no system operating issue just user error lol. All in all a great reliable phone.

I used to go to Back Market for ALL my Samsung Galaxies and accessories. Everything I own practically came from the 2nd-hand store, why pay top dollar when I don't need to, until I read their reviews recently, that is. They seemed to have gone downhill since I last ordered my previous S105G phone. I heard good things about Amazon's refurbished equipment, so I thought to give it a try. I'm glad I did too, because I couldn't be happier or more satisfied, so far. The phone is in beautiful shape with no defects, looking brand new, for a much better price than buying brand new, saving Hundreds of dollars. Talk about a cheap upgrade, why isn't everyone doing this?There's so much waste in the world, why should I contribute when I don't need to? Saving a lot of money in the meantime, and I'm all about that. It's kinda like being a smart consumer and buying a pre-owned automobile for the savings and sanity. So far, the phone is treating me well and I have no complaints. I was very surprised at the speed of delivery, especially when your phone's battery is dying slowly and barely keeping a charge. I love my new(used) S21+5g, which is old in terms of computer/electronic equipment. But a major step up from the S105g I was using. Faster Everything. I'm a happy camper and will NEVER own or buy a brand new device, due to the outrageous pricing out of the gate, especially for a quality phone. This phone's system is a major upgrade, to me. Even though it's years old in operating systems, which I can't tell, it's a way better system than I was using and is smarter. An excellent-condition phone, with way more capabilities for pennies on the dollar, is a smart move in my book. I just hope nothing goes wrong. But if it does, it's not a thousand plus dollars, I'd be out just a couple hundred, comparatively. Satisfied to the bone, I am, and no one is gonna tell me differently. The phone sounds good and is built to last. Thank you, Amazon, for coming through legitimately and without breaking the bank or ending up owing money every month on some brand-new device I don't need. Just because the wastful companies of the world have to be making them a new system evey year, don't mean I have to break myself to have one for no apparent reason other than "keeping up with the Jones's", to have one, only for it to be outdated in a year, before I'm done paying it off. No thanks, I'll take my chances with refurbished, and now, most have an insurance plan for a couple of dollars a month, which helps ease the burden of not knowing what you may run into either.

The phone was in excellent condition, no scratches or dents everything worked as it should except the card reader was messed up. It worked fine for about half a day then error showed no sim card. And I got it to work for a little while longer and then it stopped working again Seller immediately accepted a return. With no problems. Loved the phone wish the card reader wasn't messed up bc everything else worked just as it should. The phone itself was flawless looked brand new out of the box. Speakers worked excellent, battery was good i had no other issues with the phone besides a faulty sim card reader.

DONT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!The company that sells these phone are scam artists. They say the phone are good, I buy one while charging the first time the port catches on fire. I email the seller explain what happened. I was told return the phone will give you a full refund and 10% off a new phone. I return the phone buy a new one. The new one is locked by version( supposed to be a tmobile)Then get told they received my old phone but no identification number. Then they say send a picture of the phones condition when you received it. Like wth who takes a picture of there new phone......... then they tell me due to the condition of the phone I'll only get half back. So you sold me faulty products 2 times and then tell me its my fault. Don't buy from this company.

I purchased this phone to replace on I dropped & cracked the screen. Delivery was fast. The phone is truly in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It looks like it was never used before. Sound quality is great The price was perfect. The only thing is that I received the wrong plug. The cable is c type to c type, the plug is usb type a. All in all I’m happy with my purchase and will purchase from them again if I need to replace a phone

This S21+ phone came unlocked and lasted for 4 years with the original battery intact. The battery to the previous phone purchased through my carrier lasted 2 years before replacing it for $99 at Bulbs Plus. So I learned a tip for battery longevity — don't charge the phone to 100. Set your battery (settings) to stop charging at 90. You're welcome. The screen size was perfect—with an Android I can perform any task anywhere in the world without being limited to a computer. I also like that the screen is a full size from corner to corner—with unbreakable glass.Now, I upgraded to an S25Ultra in 2026.

I am changing my review. I was initially upset because the phone wasn't arriving at the time promised, but an hour or so after my review the phone indeed arrived instead of waiting one more day as Amazon was letting me know. The phone is in great conditions. No scratched, dents, or anything visible to me. It is indeed unlocked and already connected to my cell phone provider with no issues. So far the phone has been working well. It seems as the battery life might have a little issue, but I'm not entirely sure as of yet. In the time it's taken me to write this review the percentage did go down by 2% which I feel it might be draining quick and that's why I'm giving only a 4 star review for now. As days go by I will keep an eye on the battery life and if I feel I made a mistake I will definitely change my review to a 5 star. Everything else on the phone looks great. Apps are running great. Definitely would recommend this seller. Will update soon.

Llevo ya dos semanas con el telefono y la verdad es que es una compra de la cual no me arrepiento para nada, el teléfono llegó en excelente estado, si acaso unos ligeros rayones en los contornos de la cámara pero no afectan para nada y tendrias que ser muy quisquilloso para verlos a simple vista, llego con un cargador genérico que ahí sí debo decir que se sobrecalentaba muchisimo cuando usaba la carga rápida del teléfono por lo cual recomiendo comprar sí o sí un cargador original para que no te preocupes de tu bateria ni de que se queme tu casa por el cargador.La bateria es otro tema y es que Samsung siempre ha tenido temas con la bateria y ahora siendo un teléfono recondicionado dura menos entonces si eres una persona que utiliza todo el tiempo su teléfono, te va a durar máximo un dia con carga completa, pero si lo usas en interlapsos tiene una buena duración.En conclusión es un muy buen teléfono a muy buen precio, los únicos temas serían el cargador y la duración dependiendo el uso que se le da al telefono pero mi calificación es 10/10

Mon vieux téléphone ayant rendu l'âme, j'ai dut m'en acheter un nouveau d'urgence. Quel fût ma surprise de trouver celui-ci à prix très abordable. J'avais une petite crainte vu qu'il s'agit d'un appareil reconditionné, mais en même temps, comme il était de niveau excellent, je ne m'inquiétais pas trop.Eh bien depuis environ 1 mois que je possède ce téléphone, et j'en suis enchanté. Il fait vraiment le travail dont j'ai besoin. Sachez que je n'hésiterai pas à faire de nouveau appel à vous si j'ai à nouveau besoin de changer d'appareil.

The phone became non-functional after a single drop from waist height (about 1m).It had an otterbox as well, terrible product for the price.
