I’ve ordered this a few times and it works as well as the expensive name brand. The price point provides a great value. The capsules are a bit larger but all these category meds are similar. Takes effect pretty quickly too.

10/10 for me personally. I had HORRIBLE acid reflux while I was pregnant, especially towards the end and these were a freaking life saver. Worked super fast, came with a good amount of pills for the price, and lasted a while. I could finally actually eat pizza again without feeling like my throat was burning up after!

Works very well for heartburn I take it before I eat something spicy. It really helps good price.

Does the job, affordable. I hate that I keep buying Amazon products... but they are the most affordable for the same product.

The amount of the small size pills I get in the bottle, along with the expected relief that one pill delivers, is comfortably satisfactory to me. I have placed it as one of my subscriptions. I think the value is great, just use as directed.

Works as good as brand name, recommend

I LOVE that these are a square pill. They no longer get mixed up with all of the other tiny round pills in my hand. This is truly the only feature that sets these apart from most of the generic famotidine on the market. They are very tiny, too, so should not be a problem for anyone with pill swallowing issues or reflux. I’d also like to think the smaller size means that they have less filler compound compared to other brands. With that being said, I also do not take these for stomach acid or reflux issues, so I cannot speak on their effectiveness in that regard. Famotidine is an H2 antihistamine, and a critical part of my MCAS protocol. Using the available coupon and Subscription discount, pricing was comparable to Costco/Sam’s Club. I would still re-order these simply for the unique shape.

I purchased Amazon Basic Care Famotidine 20 mg after my veterinarian recommended famotidine for my Cane Corso’s stomach and acid issues. With my vet’s approval on dosage, this product has worked just as well as name-brand Pepcid at a much more affordable price. The tablets are easy to split, which is helpful for large breeds that may need adjusted dosing, and my dog tolerated it very well with no noticeable side effects. Within a short time, I noticed less nausea and discomfort, and overall my dog seemed much more comfortable. I appreciate that this is a reliable, cost-effective option, but I strongly recommend consulting your vet before giving this or any human medication to a dog.
