Strong blender, dough making and chopping made easy. Good quality and easy to clean. Delivered on time. For me grinding was dissatisfied.

Rating 3 star due to bad smell that comes from the Lid rubber gasket , clean it with Baking Soda but no use

Worth paying the extra money for quality. So far have used the blender for smoothies, slicing blades for veg, and the processing bowl for cakes and they've all come out perfectly. Simple to use and easy to clean. Product looks well made, and durable. Quite noisy but not a problem. Would definitely consider buying other products in the Ninja range.

The challenge is the base motor life is around 2 to 3 years as there is no guidance on base motor maintenance. You do not get any spare parts for base motor. There is no replacement for base motor. Base motor is the heart of the processor. Ninja must offer some kind of support or supply of base motor parts or replacement. Else we need to buy the same processer every 2 to 3 years.
