Great fireplace, delivered and packaged well. Easy to assemble, comes with a few spare screws etc, looks great and works really wel with great heating qualities and lovely ambient lights. Very pleased with it and the remote is easy to use and set up

Fireplace arrived within 2 days of placing order. Easy to assemble (instructions a little difficult to follow in places but a bit of common sense got the job done). At the price point, I was expecting relatively ordinary MDF or equivalent but not the case. The materials used are of a very high standard and give a quality look and feel. With many configurations for mood lighting and flame effects plus the ability to adjust heat output to a thermostat on the remote control and to a multi-functional timer, this is a very versatile appliance and I cannot recommend it more highly. One small criticism is that the power lead could do to be a bit longer.

Lovely product with great remote features for the flame effect and LED lighting. Surround looks stunning when finished but took us a few hours to build with some unclear instructions. I have heard now that they will be improving the instructions.

I had been searching for an electric fire within budget and decided after reading the reviews to purchase the Castleton model - I was not disappointed! The price was very reasonable , the delivery came earlier than expected and the packaging for the surround was fantastic . The fire arrived in a separate box, although it had been packaged well - there was a slight bit of damage on the corner of it . I emailed and got a response super quick with a courier organised to deliver a new fire and take the damaged one away within a couple of days. The company was a pleasure to deal with , and I would highly recommend endeavour fires to anyone looking for an electric focal point . It’s transformed our living room , the lights alone are lovely , a nice heat and now loud at all when on . I’ve already had two people over for a visit and wanting to purchase one for their own houses!

Absolutely love this Fireplace Suite. Every one who visits us comments on how nice it is. It has transformed our lounge into more of a snug place to be. Some of the fixings didn't fit the holes made for them so my husband went to the shop in town to get some replacement ones.

Estéticamente es perfecta, súper bonita, el efecto de la llama está muy logrado, y la luz led que incorpora es preciosa, si la quieres poner para dar calor por el momento funciona perfectamente y calienta bastante bien una habitación de unos 20 metros cuadrados, lo único que queda es que dure mucho y bien.

I really like this fireplace. It puts out a lot of heat, and even though it is fake, it makes thr room cozy.
