I received the product half empty. I used to buy this tea before and the package was coming with full amount. However, this time it was half empty, looks like somebody used it before arriving. I’m very disappointed!!!

The flavor is subtle and the product works with cold or hot water. If I take this after 4pm I can forget about sleep until like 1am. It's not like caffeine that has a sharp high then a crash.Combined with reducing calories and slow and steady cardio, you should see results on a weekly basis.
