Good for starters
This product is good for starters, it's Has almost everything in there that you would need to make a tutu skirt, it was my first time making one which came out lovely. It has a good amount of material I even had a bit left over to decorate my hot air balloon

Everything in the package was good value except the ribbon
Everything was good quality except for the ribbon… I assumed it was the sewing type ribbon but it’s not it’s the type you tie to balloons and it’s curling ribbon

Well worth the price
I bought this to try and make a last minute tutu but I didn't do anything with it in the as of yet too much work. It does come with the bits pictured. I do feel the tulle material is alittle too thin so would need a few layers to get the colour to pop. It came with a HUGE roll of elastic. My mum is a serial remover of elastic from waistbands prior to throwing clothes, so as I joke I gave her the roll as a gift, she was well chuffed. The ribbon isn't ribbon as such more like the string you use to hold inflatable balloons and you get 4 random colours I believe. I got red, purple and two whites. The scissors were big and sturdy but after using them to cut through felt they shortly lost its commitment to cutting. I do however think this set was well worth the money for the amount of each material you get and the elastic.

On a acheté le lot pour fabriquer des tutus en tulle pour une activité d anniversaire. Fantastique. Les couleurs sont belles et il y a largement assez de élastique. Je recommande.
