Perfect for a vehicle tool kit!
In my quest to find the perfect box to use for my vehicle tool kit, I stumbled upon this. When I first saw it, I was skeptical with it being a hybrid box (plastic/steel construction), but upon initial inspection it appears to be way better quality than all the previous ones I've owned! Starting of with the latches... most all metal boxes and even hybrid boxes, with this type of latch tend to be very loose and will rattle alot... this box latches TIGHT! The handle is also well made and doesn't rattle either which honestly surprised me considering most other brands rattle really bad. Next up is space, this box I got is the 16" version and since I intended to make this my Jeeps roadside tool kit, the one thing every tool kit needs... Sockets! And a good size range too! I currently have 2 sets of tekton 3/8 drive sockets on their included socket rail/trays and with a bit of wiggling, they fit nice and snug! Do note that since the edges of the box are rounded, the socket trays I have in it don't sit flat, however they sit lat enough for the upper tray sit flush as intended. Overall I'm very happy with the quality on my initial first impression! I'm certain that this box will last me a good while! Edit: 1 year 8 month update. The box is still holding up great! Still latches TIGHT and handle hasn't worn out. The box has been predominantly stored in the back of my vehicles and has slid around numerous times and have yet to crack the plastic sides. The only notable wear on the box is that one or two of the rivets for the plastic sides has loosened, but that was expected with it sitting in the back of my cars. I would highly recommend this box to anyone!!!

It is made well.
Good for small tools, (hammer, wrenches, screw drivers, flat bars, snips, pliers). Check your tool sizes against the Bo’s dimensions.

High quality, but smaller than many people may need
High quality box for smaller tools and storage spaces. It's my oversight, but it could have been a tad deeper for my purposes. The top tray doesn't fit with all my tools underneath. That the handle is not centered is annoying; it's closer to the front than the back, so it carries slanted toward the back of the box.

Great little tool box!
This is a beast. I didn't realize that it is actually metal!! I was looking for something to keep my kitchen tools in that would fit in the saddlebags of my motorcycle and this was the right size. After i got it i realized that it was really nice quality. If you need a small good quality, sturdy toolbox, buy this.

The debate is settled. The tool box DOES HAVE steel sides
There is a good deal of confusion in the reviews for this toolbox based on whether it truly is steel sided or not. My video settles that debate once and for all with a magnet test. The tool box does indeed have metal sides. Admittedly, I can understand the confusion since the sides don’t necessarily feel like metal and don’t make a metal sound when tapped with your finger, so if the feel and sound test were as far as one were to go they could be mislead into thinking the box sides are plastic. Going further, with a magnet, reveals though the sides are metal. Beyond this, the box seems well made and put together and a good value for the money. It doesn’t seem flimsy to me and I think will stand up to normal use very well.

Excellent quality I highly recommend
This is an excellent quality toolbox. It is well made and tough. I work on guitars and keep my tools in this toolbox. Probably the only problem is I have too many tools.🤣

Smaller than it looks, metal and plastic box
I purchased this toolbox to replace my all-plastic one I keep in my trunk. I thought it would be just a little bit bigger than my current box and hold a few more tools, but actually it was a little smaller! The box is decently made, but not particularly heavy duty. It's half metal/half plastic, and the metal parts are not very thick. The dual latches seem to work fine. The handle is large and sturdy. The inside tray is plastic. The two ends of the toolbox are made of plastic as well, and have large inset handholds for carrying along with using the top handle. I bought it for car mechanical tools, wrenches, sockets etc., but it's not a real heavy duty, metal, mechanic's toolbox. I decided to return it because of this and, like I said, because it was actually a little smaller than my current toolbox.
