Love this steam cleaner! Had this machine over6+ months and well worth the money. It works really well on my shower to get the tile and grout clean, which I need with my hard water from my well. Ran into a little issue with it and customer service is promptly fixing it! I recommend this product!

I mainly purchased this steamer to defrost my ice maker, and for that use it works very well. The steam output is strong enough to break up ice quickly, and the small 90-degree attachment is especially useful for reaching tight and hard-to-access areas inside the ice maker. That accessory alone made the process much easier and more controlled. I am giving it four stars instead of five for two reasons. First, on a few occasions the water fill knob did not open smoothly or failed to properly grab the screw, which was a bit frustrating. Second, I tried using it as a garment steamer on a couple of shirts. Even when holding it at a reasonable distance, it did not remove wrinkles effectively, and I ended up using a regular iron instead. Overall, it’s a solid product for targeted steaming tasks like defrosting and cleaning, but it’s not a great replacement for an iron when it comes to clothing.

Truly surprised at the power behind this little steamer! I had my grey couches in storage for almost 3 years and they were starting to get a yellowish tint to them. I didnt want to pay a bunch of $ to get them cleaned professionally so I decided to try it myself. It took me many days doing it by sections but I got it done. This lil guy packs a punch! It really got the job done and once I saw how good it was I started using it on everything else in my house 😆 its SUPER loud but works very well

This is an excellent product! I have had this ugly blue tape around my window frames for over 10 years and scraping it off was a huge pain. Imagine I use this steamer and it peeled off like butter! The amount of money this has already saved me for that alone, the quote for removing this was enough for me to get used to it, now I don't have to! I've also used it to remove hard limescale from my shower glass, clean all my mirrors for a pristine look and clean out dirt from my window sills. Looking forward to everything else I can use this for but I'm already very happy with those impossible jobs this steamer has already done! Great steam output, lots of nozzles for different jobs that easily come on and off, right size so it isn't too heavy when using but not so small that it quickly runs out of steam. Very versatile, highly recommend.

The steamer heats up quickly and is easy to use. It can get anything clean, my oven hasn’t looked this clean in years. I had an issue after some use, but customer service was helpful.

Works great! Power cord is decently long. It would be nice if it had a water gage so you can see how much water is left. My only real complaint is the trigger/power button is hard to push to use.

I'm a little disappointed that I have to wait for the pressure to drop before I can refill and use steamer again once the reservoir empties. For me this adds a considerable amount of time to any job I am doing as it takes around 4 to 5mins to be able to open the reservoir cap and refill the steamer. This for me is inconvenient. However it performs very well on various jobs. Steaming out wrinkles in clothing cuts ironing time considerably. Cleaning my stove top is now a breeze, sanitizing and cleaning bathroom and kitchen are satisfying knowing you are killing not only odor but bacteria. Strangely the little beaker and funnel is a favorite for me as they make refilling the reservoir easy. I wish there was some way to see the level of water in reservoir but I love this steamer. Overall for the price it is very good value for money! Would highly recommend.

Es un producto 100% RECOMENDABLE, sólo que hay tener cuidado, cuando hay que volver a ponerle agua, abrir lentamente la tapa, porque algunas veces tiene aún vapor que puede generar quemaduras. Si lo adquieren, no se van a arrepentir. Pues en la juntas de los pisos, realmente el resultado es asombroso, previo poner líquido especial para eso.

I got the item looked new but didn't heat , even I switched it on for 30 mins. Returned the item and asked for replacement but it was lost on its way. So canceled the order and got full refund.

I expected there to be a feature that could keep the steam going without having to hold the button down the whole time (because the picture shows the person not holding the button down to use) but there wasn't. It was very hard to use with arthritis in both hands needing to both press the button down and hold the steamer at the same time. The steamer also took a long time to clean a little bit of grease off a small area of my kitchen back splash above the stove. I've used other products that work faster and better.
