Serious Steel Fitness 32" Resistance Training Bands (Portable Exercise Band System Training Bands- Great for Individuals Under 5'10")

I've been using resistance bands for 20 years. These are top quality, durable, and have held up to some brutal workouts. Highly recommended.

I thought I would try a 32" band instead of the 41" bands that came with my X3 bar after the shorter bands were recommended in lieu of wrapping the long bands around the handles. I was hoping to take a little slack out for the chest press. However, there is absolutely no way I can even use the bar with this band doubled for the chest press. I cannot even fit it around my shoulders. Maybe it works for people under 5'-10" doing completely different exercises, but it definitely does not work for my X3 workout and my 5'-8" self.

I jusr got my bands. They seem sturdy and high quality, but what is that powder they come covered in? People are getting allergies to it, its all over the place, how can you wash it away?

The band is too tight. I can't use it!

I’ve been using these resistance bands for various types of workouts for the past several weeks, and they get the job done. Nothing special, no particular complaints. Well, except, when using them to do front squats on the barbell, they rub off some type of white substance on my skin! Otherwise, I’m a content customer.

Purchased from a recommendation from a fitness instructor on IG. Great band for home exercises and easy to take along during travel.

I am 5'4" and these 32 inch bands are great for chest press, dead lifts, bicep curls and rows. Finally I have resistance at the bottom part of the exercise. More companies should consider adding sizes other than 41 inch bands. Serious steel has the market beat.
