Gymboss Charge Interval Timer and Stopwatch

Started my running in a Couch 2 5K group which was amazing and I built up to half marathons. I've since been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia so I find continuous running very hard and painful and my recovery rate not good! Was recommended Jeffing (Jeff Galloway) Walk/Run/Walk by a lady at Swansea Park Run. I love it, I find I can do short or long walks a lot easier by using the Gym Boss. It's so easy to use and to set your Walk/Run intervals. The charge on the Gym Boss is so long I haven't charged it for ages and I've used it for loads of runs. Love that I'm not continuously looking at my watch, the Gym Boss beeps you into your Walk /Run intervals without you having to think so you can enjoy your run! There's a great group on Facebook for ladies called Girls That Jeff that offer support and encouragement! Highly recommend Gym Boss 😍

Really good quality. Good value for money. Timer easy to set and use. Alarm is nice and loud. Hooks onto pockets for easy use.

I use this for Jeffing (walk-run-repeat). It's useful with a vibration or/and sound for intervals. I've dropped it a couple of times and it didn't crack! The clip seems good but can jiggle off so you need to think about best place for it e.g. clipped inside pocket.

Bought for interval training for a half marathon. Works great but over priced for what it is. Very basic item & the clip does slide out.

You can have it on beep (loud and quiet though they’re both loud) and you can have it on vibrate too. I worked out if I attach it to the back of my watch I can have it on vibrate so I feel it go off when I’m running. I decided to start to take jeffing more seriously as I’m coming back from injury and having to build my pace back up again. This is a method a lot of my running group use and I didn’t really take it seriously until I was having to walk a lot more while still coping with ankle pain. Most of my group work on 30/30 but I’ve found 45/30 works well for me. Obviously you set it to what you want to use and it can be used for things other than running. For me it’s made a massive difference to me getting back out there running which helps keep my mental health stable. Having it on vibrate means I don’t have to disturb anyone else if I’m in a race and don’t feel self conscious about it. It’s easy to charge and it lasts weeks on one charge. One of my favourite bits of kit now.

We are parkrunners. At our ages, 73 and 71, we are not fast, but we want to improve. This gadget was recommended to us by another member of our run club. I bought two because we don't run together. These are great and are a fantastic aid to new and established runners alike. Easy to set up and variable volume for the beeps, rechargeable and with a good strong clip, they are as near perfect for as as possible.

This is the second GymBoss I've purchased - initially works fine but 3 mths later there is no sound on the unit. Can't use if you can't hear the beep !

Strumento ben fatto molto completo, carica molto duratura e retroilluminazione molto efficace e comoda ma l applique è poco funzionale e si sfila facilmente dagli abiti ! Quindi attenzione a non perderlo !

Ya había tenido hace tiempo uno, aunque lo que me gustó más de este nuevo modelo es que ya es recargable. Muy útil a la hora de hacer ejercicio.

Compré este artículo hace menos de un año, si era todo super pero ya el día de hoy no aparece el indicador de batería y ya no carga :(

this is my 6th or 7th GymBoss over the last 8 yrs. I teach heated yoga + pilates so my past timers either got too wet, overheated, broke, lost. :/ I love the rechargeable option!! I just purchased my most recent GymBoss & within 1st few days I dropped it and I didn't realize one of the buttons popped off... I was super annoyed. I just submitted for a return and it looks like they are sending me a new one w/o charging me, which is super nice... and why I gave 4 stars instead of 3 lol

Der Timer ist einfach und schnell zu bedienen (im Vergleich zum Gymboss Minimax). Positiv zu bewerten, ist neben dem integrierten Akku vor allem die Lautstärke. Dieser Timer ist unüberhörbar, was ein Vorteil in einer lauten Trainingsumgebung ist. Wer komplexe Intervallabfolgen verwenden will, ist vielleicht mit dem Minimax besser bedient. Für ein "normales" HIT-Training sind die zwei wählbaren Intervalle (für Belastungsdauer und Pausendauer) vollkommen ausreichend. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
