Great for 1st grade
Kids can put theses together whole group, step by step. But you will have to tape the ends down in the back. I did just the top row first and I plan to let them add the second row in a few weeks.

They work exactly as I had hoped.
I used heavy duty duct tape on the back to hold the ends of the chenille sticks, in place. I had a parent helper put them together for me. It took her about 30 minutes to put together a classroom set. The kids love using them.

for those teachers using Bridges Math-this is an excellent number rack tool...HIGH quality!
I have used other "make your own number racks" before...this is by far the highest quality kit I have ever used! I have already ordered a second kit to have for my next year's first graders. Well worth the money!

Very well packaged! The beads come in a bag that is resealable so that you don't have to create all of the bead racks at once.

Items Missing!
I received today and what I don’t like is that the black pipe cleaners were left out of my order! Very disappointing. I needed those for our math lesson tomorrow. This company heard my complaint and has since fixed the problem. Thank you.
