The mop is incredible. I’ve just got it today and couldn’t stop testing it. First of all I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it cleans tile joints - it’s like a magic, then I’ve cleaned my stove and furniture in the kitchen - also we’re surprised, because even difficult stains which was impossible to remove before, with this device was very easy. Thank you so much to the seller.

Works well but is a bit heavy when filled with water.

Received the faulty product. Didn’t turn on. :(

We have received the product with box open. Even the delivery guy took photo when he left it outside our door. Open box should have made impact with the price though. The steam is working fine hence my 3 stars. What I like most is the grout cleaner. Down side is, the tiles get too dry after steaming. Need to polish or mop afterwards, (double work) other than that, it is working.

Multifunction, just awesome :)

It is heavy, but it does its job. Wish it could stand by itself as it has to lean on the wall and slides often.

جميله جدااا والحمدلله جت كامله مش ناقصه حاجه كنت طالبه زيها من بائع آخر في الامارات اللي معاها ١١ ملحق كانت ناقصه قطع وكانت ارخص من دي ب ٢٠٠ ريال ومش معاها ضمان وكانت ٥٠ هرتز بس انما دي جميله بصراحه من أمازون السعوديه و ١٥ ملحق ومعاها ضمان سنتين والهرتز ٦٠/٥٠ يعني ينفع تنزل مصر

جزء مساحه الزجاج ناقص قطعه دي اول حاجه قبل التشغيل وواضح انها مفكوكه قبل كده لا اعلم من جمارك ام مستخدمه
