I bought this brush in 2018. It still works so great! Such a time saver and I’m lazy. This takes like 5 minutes. I have long, thick hair and it only takes maybe 6 swipes while holding the hair straight and doing underneath or from the top. It covers so much compared to regular hair straighteners. Couldn't find it today. Might have left it in the hotel. Bought another and can’t wait and can’t say enough how great it works. Life changing!

**UPDATE: 2/26/21 - Just bought a second one — first one is still perfect & works 100% the same as Day 1; I bought a second so one is always handy at home or at our vacation cottage! This is the shortcut to a sleek, straight look for my long, wavy hair! I’m amazed at how effective and fast it is to transform “beach hair” to “date night hair!” It’s a reliable and well-made appliance! This is the second heat straightening brush that I owned, and what an improvement: I can’t say enough good things about THIS ONE! It’s far superior to any other one I’ve tried. The design is unique in that the heated bristles are more like rigid fins than hairbrush bristles, which is VERY effective on smoothing and straightening my hair into sleek plaits. I have medium-fine, sort of wavy/sort of straight long hair, and if I don’t blow-dry it with a brush after washing or sleeping on it, it tends to look like a witchy mess. I usually wash it every third day and rely on dry shampoo for an in-between refresh, but I’m impatient about the time and effort it would usually take to get “date night” sleek hair using a standard flat iron (or my old $25 straightening brush from Sally Beauty) on a daily basis. This brush has changed my routine 100% because it’s so FAST! I’ve attached three photos, all taken after I’d spent the day after sitting on the beach in windy, humid, ocean air — and the “frizz effect” was in full bloom. These pics were taken within minutes of each other when I went indoors to style my hair: “The Before”, Then “3 minutes in and one side done”, and “The After” — The whole process only took me about seven or eight minutes from beginning to end, including the time it took to heat the brush up to 410°, which is almost instant. The first day that I used the brush, I had an appointment with my hair stylist for a touchup on my highlights, and she was raving about how smooth and sleek my long hair looked. She’s been taking care of my hair for several years and knows how I normally arrive to the salon so her compliment was genuine — she even asked for the details on my new MiroPure Straightening Brush so she could refer it to her other clients. The bottom line is that this is a well-constructed appliance that does exactly what it promises, and I couldn’t be happier with it… Worth every penny!! (Just to clarify, I give it three stars on drying power because that’s not what it supposed to do. There is no airflow — I did use it on slightly damp but mostly dry hair once and the heat was enough to remove the remaining moisture underneath and around my neck, but I wouldn’t rely on it for transitioning from wet hair, use a blowdryer first.)

I have stubborn hair that varies from wavy to kinky curls on the bottom. I always have to apply heat to my hair I can never just blow dry it for the straight look. That said this is a great product for when you don’t feel like curling your hair or using a flat iron. Straight hair can be achieved with just brushing it. You do have to go over in sections and use it repeatedly but it’s easy to do it also helps keep the volume of your hair l. Unlike with a flat iron tends to make my hair really flat. The trick for this (to keep volume) is to start at the root lifting the hair and I also flip my head and hair upside down and brush with this product (against the grain so to speak) that way as well. Use this product with a heat guard protecting spray or in addition I also use the straightening spray from living proof. Seems to work really well with this straightening brush. Be careful you can bring yourself. And your hair gets extremely hot! I have to use it on the 450° setting for it to really get the street look I want. There is somewhat of a scald gaurd when you’re applying it directly to your scalp though.It comes with one protective glove but you’d be switching (at least I would be switching), gloves hands every few minutes when I switch sides of my scalp so not worth using the glove part. It’s a cute rose gold color/pink. I’ve seen these online from different brands for a lot more money. I don’t think those are worth the price. Again I think you should get this and try it out. It’s also a great in between step from when you blow dry to using a curling iron if you want to curl your ends. Help prep the hair and get it straight enough for the next step.

My hair is very thin, though it wasn't always. About sixteen years ago I was diagnosed with alopecia. Although it is not typically associated with pain, in my case it is deeply painful. My scalp is terribly sensitive; my hair follicles are very weak. I have avoided all forms of heat application to my hair for over a decade. This has limited me to basically giving up on having any kind of "look" or "style". This journey with my hair has been, at times, very traumatic and has been a huge source of circumstantial depression. At 37 years old, for the first time since I was 21 years old, I finally have a chance to feel pretty again. What this product means to me is, genuinely & literally, completely LIFE-CHANGING. I am so thankful. This "brush" is so much more then just a brush. It is a very high-quality tool that is allowing me to go out and about feeling good about how I am presenting myself! When you look good, you feel good. With the many choices out there I choose this product for a number of reasons, after watching YouTube reviews and tutorials this is the one I settled on and I know I made the right choice. My life experience will never be the same after this. Now for some words about the brush itself. I have the pink one. It has a bit of a metallic sheen tonit. Cute. The cord is self-rotating which is helpful sometimes. If you want to keep it accessible the base of the cord has a little cut-out to hang it from somewhere so that's convenient if you want to do that (it's strong and hanging it by that spot on the cord will not damage it). The digital display -boh thank goodness we are in the Era of Technological Advancement. Back in the day it would been unheard of to suggest your hair tools actually display the temperature. This was a major selling point for me as I have to be super careful with my hair. The temp goes down to 170 and maxes out at 450. The really awesome part is after you set the temp you want, the numbers tell you what temp it is as it works its way up. So if you set it at 350, you'll watch it count up as it reaches that temp which is really nice. So if you are in a hurry you know when it's getting close and you can just get started. First time I plugged it in and set it at 310, it was like 30 seconds. Mine came with hand protection but I haven't found it necessary for me. I know some people brush with the heated portion facing their scalp but I use mine from the underneath of my hair, and even though it is certainly very warm, at 310 degrees my hand that holds the portions of hair being brushed has been touched by it and it didn't burn. So the anti-scortch part is for reals. Also, there is no yanking or pulling. I have not had any hair get caught or pulled on nor have I experienced any increased shedding, as I would with a curling iron or flat straightener. (I gave up on flat straighteners bc I couldn't find one that didn't didn't catch on any hair and pull it - very very painful). My scalp is so sensitive and this thing is the best dream I didn't even know about. I am so thankful.

I am a minimalist when it comes to hair styling. I minimize heat exposure and damaging treatments to my naturally straight hair. I use this brush when I want an extra polished and sleek look when I actually need to present for a professional meeting. I like this brush because it heats up to 350 or 375 in less than five minutes. I use a heat protection spray before I run this brush slowly through my hair for a few minutes, and it does a great job taming those few flyaway hairs and smoothing out any waviness from sleeping. I like that I'm done with my hair routine in just a few minutes while my hair remains looking sleek and straight for hours with no extra muss or fuss. I'm pleased with this item's performance. The only detraction I might have for the device was the mild smell of burning hair whenever I first started using it without any protective hair product. Once I added a few sprays of heat protection to my hair, that concerning smell went away.

Amazing and so easy to use! The right is the before and the left is the after- I brushed my hair with the brush a few times and it looks amazing. It’s so silky and smooth. It only takes a few brushes and my hair looks so amazing. It heats up very quickly. The brush itself is also not heavy at all. And for the price it’s really a great brush!

Works great without too much effort but it only comes with a left hand glove so it’s pretty much useless if you are left handed as then you would need a right hand glove. Many people still forget that we aren’t all right handed but the straightener itself works fine. It’s gets pretty hot and you are able to lock the temperature in so you don’t accidentally turn it up or down.

I have just received this brush and have only used one time so far. I am quite impressed with the result. I have frizzy, very curly hair and I regularly get it treated with Brazilian Blowouts. Then I got pregnant and my hair kept getting wilder and wilder and there is nothing I could do about it. It was driving me nuts. I cannot do Brazialian blowout because it is not good for the baby and I won't be able to get one while nursing either. I have always been very bad with styling my hair and have no patience whatsoever. I got to the point where I would avoid washing my hair because I did not want to spend one hour blowdrying it and styling it with a flat iron. There was no way around this problem until I found this product. I washed my hair as usual, dried it and then sprayed with some heat protectant. I did NOT section my hair before trying the brush because that's the whole point. I do not want to spend more than 5-10 minutes styling ON TOP of my blow-dry. I was impressed. It works. I simply brushed it as I would normally do with a regular brush and watched it become straight as I kept going. I have reached a very satisfactory result within the first 3-4 minutes of styling. Now I must say that although VERY curly and frizzy my hair is average thickness and it is relatively easy to style. However, the result is something I would achieve with a 30 minutes flat iron job where I would have to section my hair and do it little by little. This brush left my hair straight, shiny and smooth. I am not sure what it will look like tomorrow when I wake up but I wouldn't mind at all to touch it up if needed. It was the quickest thing ever. Best purchase if you want a result and have no patience or time like me. Also, I have read many people having trouble accidentally hitting the heat setting on the brush handle. It DOES have a very easy locking system where you can hold + and - for three seconds. Problem solved.

The product came very nicely packaged. Every item that is presented in the picture is all included with purchase. Nothing came damaged. The initial scent of the product smelled like stale alcohol but did not last after taking it out of the packaging. The overall brush is easy to use. It turns on quickly. There are three buttons on the bottom (button to increase and decrease the temperature and the on/off button). The brush has a matte finish. The brush heats up VERY quickly (about 15-20 seconds). When turning off the brush, it does about 14-17 minutes to fully cooldown. The swivel cord is a neat addition to the brush but is definitely not necessary. The glove itself feels comfortable (the wrist part stretches which accommodates all hand sizes). In general, this product is very helpful and efficient. It left my hair feeling sleek and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I do not know whether this product will work with curly hair as my hair is naturally straight. I use a straightener just to ensure that the straightness of my hair stays that way for the entire day.

I got this product seeing the features section that it would work between 110v to 220v. But when I saw the product manual this works only at 120v..now I need 2 invest in a good voltage converter or I could have just purchased something that would work in India.. Please do not mislead.

For girls on the go, this is a must have product. You can finish styling your hair within ten minutes. It imparts good volume and shine to your hair. Heat damage is less compared to flat iron. It should be used only on dry hair. If you are using it in India or European countries you will have to use a step down voltage converter 220 volts to 110 volts.

I SWEAR by this straightening brush man! I have been using it for about two months now, and I haven’t touched my flat iron since I got this in the mail. My hair now has more volume, it’s easy to curl underneath or give a little wave to it, and BEST PART is it actually heats up to 450F which does straighten my thick curly hair effortlessly without making it flat, pin straight and burning it. I love this and just recently (today) put a review up on my Snapchat for my friends and 5 of them so far just purchased it today after my video review 😂😂😂! WOOHOO! Best purchase ever!!
