Q: Will I be getting the old style where the lotion is already on the towlette? Or will they be the new 2-part style? Expiration date?

The picture shown is of our 100 count dispenser of lotion only packets. The FDA no longer allows production of the infused towelettes. We do have, however, a dual pack product that has a dry towelette attached to a lotion packet, but that isn't the same.
