Worx MAKERX WX992L 20V 2pc Crafting Tool Combo Kit - Rotary Tool + Air Brush

Update: went up to 5 stars because Worx has an excellent customer service. They are now sending me a replacement. Hopefully this next brush would work better Bought this June, the rotary tool works wonders.. however, the airbrush.. waste of money. I tested it today, and it wasn't spraying paint at all. Then after that it started spraying splotches of paint.. and then when i tried to check what's wrong, the golden colored tip that holds the needle is broken, can't be screwed in anymore. Tried to log in to their site to get my product registration, they won't accept my log in, so whenever I request for a password change, they'd email a link but then it says link invalid. And when I finally got to log in, it now says my ip is blocked. Good Job, Worx.

The Maker X arrived before Christmas and the timing couldn’t have been any better. With winter starting, we were looking for a way to engage everyone in our family with hands-on projects that we could all work on together. Maker X totally delivered. The versatility of the Maker X really sets this tool system apart from other hobby tools I’ve used in the past. Here are a few of the things that stand so far - the fine detailing of the air brush attachment, the precision of the high speed rotor, and it's easy maneuverability in tight crevices and corners and the battery Sharing: We’ve got a few Worx tools now and so having one battery work across every tool, and now the Maker X, as well, is a great advantage because you never run out of juice. Even if someone uses it for the afternoon and forgets to recharge the battery. There's always a spare, charged and ready to go.

Tried out the MakerX because it was such a good price compared to other rotary tool kits - turns out it unlocked so many crafts I never thought were possible before! The rotary tool never jammed and is definitely strong enough for bigger projects. Looking forward to trying out even more with it and the airbrush tool!

If you run everything on max AKA full power the batter runs down very fast. Might need to get a few batteries to get the job dune. Being small an portable is great for what im doing.

I love this entire kit! It came packaged beautifully with all of the individual tools already nestled in the tool bag. I'm a stickler for organization, so I really appreciate that it includes a box for all of the small accessories too. It's amazing that I don't have to compromise a variety of tools for space. I'm looking forward to expanding my collection and buying all of the attachments Worx creates for Maker X. The entire system is lightweight, but feels solid and high-quality. It's perfectly portable for projects at home or on the go. It's also surprisingly quiet! I'm excited to be able to use the airbrush without all of the noise of an air compressor. It's nice that if I forget to charge the battery for the hub, I can just grab one off another one of my Worx tools. Every Maker's dream!

Loving my new makerX tools! I don't have a ton of experience with 'power tools' and these are extremely user-friendly! I love how I can use the 20V battery with all of my MakerX tools (also purchased the heat gun for wood crafts and embossing). They are very easy to use on a table top without needing the battery plugged in, after it's charged! I have started using the rotary tool for embossing/etching projects, but with 45 accessories I am excited to use this for polishing, sanding, and so much more! My project seen above is a floral etching on a glass jar, I love how the handheld tool has a pencil like grip -- makes for an easy learning curve for artists!! Since tools and crafting supplies are hard to keep organized, I love that this came with a nice bag to store all the items in one spot. Also makes these easy to transport if you need them on site, etc! Highly recommend!

I LOVE this whole kit and am SO excited to try out all the different things it can do. I’m an avid crafter/maker, but live in a small space, so I don’t have room for large power tools. This is the perfect kit to be able to get a ton done without out a bunch of extra and messy bits. I can still do all my projects without the hassle of clunky tools, PLUS It works with the same batteries as my other worx tools. Simple, powerful, and perfect for my small craft needs. I got it to build a few holiday signs and am excited try it out on more projects in the future. Its my new go to tool set, it can do so much more than I realized!

So excited to have found these on sale they work great and such great quality bought this for customizing my gi joe classified and can’t wait to really get into airbrushing

I've always been impressed with Worx products. I have many of their yard tools, and these crafter tools don't disappoint. I've been a crafter for as long as I can remember. You can't beat the quality of these products. The rotary tool is just as good if not better than any other brands you might know. It's the same with the airbrush. I absolutely recommend these products.
