Crystal Clear
I really couldnโt believe how quickly this arrived. Within a handful of hours of ordering it, it had been dispatched from the workshop in Illinois. Four days later it was in my possession. Absolutely brilliant service. The finished etching is fantastic and I canโt wait to hand it over on birthdays morning, 17th August.I bought the medium sized heart and Iโm glad I did. For the extra I paid it was worth it. It arrived in a beautiful gift box.I can recommend unreservedly. Our dogs will live on forever.

Don't hesitate to buy this, its so beautiful, makes me cry seeing my recently deceased sister but also makes me feel she is in the room with us. The LED base which lights up the image, is stunning.

Amazing service from Artpix and Fedex
This truly is an amazing product and we are thrilled with the finished article.What we found really amazing is the service. We ordered the item at just after 4pm on a Saturday and received an email at 8pm that evening that it had been dispatched. Predicted delivery was about 8 days but it actually arrived the following Wednesday. Superb service by both Artpix and Fedex.Just one thing to be aware of if purchasing this as a gift. The light stand is fitted with a USB lead or 115v lead. If purchased for somebody who is not tech savy be sure to provide a 13amp/USB adapter plug.

Amazing. Would give 6 stars.
Wasnโt sure how this would turn out as I used a 20 year old picture with background. The delivery time was very quick and the gift box is very nice.When I opened it for the first time, I was amazed by the detail and 3D effect.Highly recommend as a brilliant gift.

Power plug/supply
The crystal itself was just as expected, however the 'light box' was not as expected.There is a 'timer' button which appears to do nothing, but the main problem is the supply plug unit, it is incompatible with UK outlet sockets, so I need to buy an adapter.I did say when ordering that the delivery address was UK, so I was not expecting a foreign power connector.

I got this for my daughter in-laws birthday with a picture of her with my grandson. She loves it! The etched picture came out beautiful!
