Lazy Coconuts Laundry Detergent Sheets, 48 Loads, Sulfate Free, Baby Safe

I LOVE these washer sheets. I bring a pack every-time we travel anywhere that has laundry because they’re easy to use, work great, and are such a low profile to add to your bags!

No scent, no skin irritation! Light weight & easy to pack, does not count against liquid allowance when flying. These are an absolutely perfect solution to the challenge of packing lightly. My husband & I travel extensively, sometimes for weeks at a time. But we don't like to be weighed down by luggage. We pack carry-on only, just a few outfits each. This means lots of washing our clothes in hotel sinks. I have sensitive skin & am allergic to everything. I always take my own laundry soap, enough for the whole trip, to make sure I have access to hypoallergenic detergent. However, regular detergent adds weight & liquids to our limited luggage space. This product is the perfect alternative to liquid detergent or laundry pods. The sheets are very light weight & compact. Dissolves quickly & completely in water. Tip: I carry them in a baggie to be sure they stay dry. The first time I used them, my hands were wet when I pulled out a sheet, the sheets in the package that I touched started to dissolve & stick together. I salvaged them by setting them out to dry.

I'm not sure whats going on, the first time i got this i had zero issues, but was using them with a machine that had a center agitator. I Got this 2nd package and i've moved to a home with a machine that has no agitator, Thats the difference. I keep running into an issue where sometimes after the machine buzzes and is done i look in there and find that the sheet has seemingly been plastered to the side of the machine and i have to peal and scrape it off, then i feel the need to do a 2nd wash because clearly this little thing didn't do anything if its still mostly plastered. This is a more likely situation when the loads are smaller, so maybe with out an agitator or enough laundry to push it down it gets spun into the side and nothing is able to scrape it off? Hmm, I keep an eye on it, and might try putting it down into the clothes, or doing a presoak. It's not all the time, and i still find these eco sheets clean well, dont irritate my sensitive skin and there's not much fragrance to mine, i add fragrance pearls to my wash for that. I might try a different brand just to compare next time, or do some research on my particular situation. For me, its still a big plus to not deal with nasty sticky gross plastic jugs. I never liked those and i hate how many of them are filling up our landfills and oceans. Honestly i really hope more people move to products like this to FORCE the hands of the major brands to be responsible and find better ways to distribute their products. I would 100% buy eco friendly Tide, or Always while i'm at the grocery store. But they dont got it, and likely if they did it would be massively expensive to make up the cost of them switching over their packaging process. Their hands need to be forced to change and they wont change as long as they dont feel they have to, and so long as people still buy their outdated environmentally harmful packaging they will never feel they have to. These companies will never do what's right unless its what's right for their bottom line. And that my friends, is the bottom line. - So, whether my little sheet sticks to the inside of my machine or not, i'll still keep buying eco friendly detergent options.

Convenient and does the job

I used these while hiking the Camino de Santiago. I washed my clothes daily in a sink. These dissolved easily, cleaned well, and were fragrance free. And they added almost no weight to my backpack! I also used them in a washing machine at the laundromat and they cleaned my clothes very well. I had used a different brand on my first Camino, but these ones were far superior. I highly recommend these for travel!

Takes almost no space in luggage & works extremely well for hand-washing clothes on a cruise. I used more sheets than I thought I would.

I discovered these when looking for a sulfate free laundry detergent. In addition to being sulfate free they are more environmentally friendly. The sleeve they come in is biodegradable cardboard versus a plastic container. They are also super travel friendly. When traveling we use to buy pods (normally we used liquid) but that was the ideal since the container took up space. These are flat so essentially zero space and there is no liquid to worry about spilling.
