This is the best curl activator that my aunt loves. It’s moisturizing all day. She also mentioned that it leaves her hair soft and it doesn’t cause flakiness and it doesn’t leave any residue or build up. Give it a try if you’re looking for quick natural hair curls without the extra work and products.

My favorite for keeping my hair moisturized. It’ll help grow your hair as well if used with natural products like Rosemary, coconut oil, cloves, castor oil etc. love the quality for the price. I’m natural now and it has helped bring back my nice curls I had before perms. I’ll never use a perm again in life.

I cut my hair down to a brush cut natural and have it dyed platinum blonde. It has been rather dry lately, no matter which product I’ve tried! My stylist recommended this product to make my curls soft. I didn’t expect such a fantastic result! My hair is soft and behaving! I give this product 5 stars!!!!

This product produces great curls, but keeps your hair wet all day long. Never dries up. Have to wash out before laying down for the night or it will get all over your pillow.

I don't know if this is "old-school" or not but babyyyy! This is IT! I've been natural since 2014 and my hair journey has been AWFUL. Ups and downs, breakage, dry hair, hard hair.. you name it. I finally decided that I was going to big chop again and Keep it SIMPLE. Now granted i did have a light texturizer put in my hair because my hair was 3c coily and my shrinkage was insane. I was over it. The texturizer along with this gel with a good leave in has been magic for my hair! Soft touchable hair, most importantly shiny, moisturized hair for daysss. Currently I'm on day 8th. Love this stuff! ( the leave in i use is by Chebeauty..com .I love all there stuff)

This product is very thin. I thought it would be thicker. Didn't work well for me.

Back to the old school product from way back when. I used on wet hair and also dry. I was dreading my hair being greasy and even worse a pile of dried straw like so many of these new products make it. But of course that didn't happen. My hair is moisturized and my curls are defined. Yeahhhh! This Old School product lives up to what I remember from using it in the Jerry Curl Era. The price is nice too. I'll stick with this from now on. Smells great and my hair didn't tangle. I'm loving my curls again. Thank you World of Curls!
