What is the actual temperature of the water on the highest setting?

104 degrees is the temp for the highest setting which is what some formulas require for mixing. It’s not too hot. It’s a bit over room temp. My son has been using this temp since he was a newborn.

Does it remember the previous setting? Or do I have to input it everytime I turn it on?

I keep mine on the highest setting. It’s always plugged in so it stays on that setting always. It only turns off if you unplug it and if you unplug it you have to re set it to the setting you’d like
