This pill organizer is very large and perfect for anyone with multiple vitamins and/or medications to take each day. The labels are very clear and easy to read. Each day is color coded differently, which also helps with organization and recognition. The lids for AM and PM snap firmly closed. And each pill box also fits firmly onto the tray, although it does take a couple uses to understand the pressure needed to reattach to the tray. Overall the quality is great and the organizer + tray were exactly what I was looking for.

LOVE this giant pill organizer!!!!!! I have never seen one so big (and so cute). Fits the ZILLION plus supplements I take everyday and you can remove the little containers to pack 2-3 if you're going on a weekend trip. Obsessed.

Please look carefully at the pictures of this product and measure it out before you buy it. my photo shows this product next to the container I had been using before I bought this one. After trying two or three other brands that were still not big enough to hold all of my vitamins, medications and supplements, I splurged on 4 of these weekly AM/PM pill boxes/containers. I take so much stuff that I only like to fill the containers once a month -- it's a big job. This is the only pill container I have found that can fit all of my medications, vitamins and supplements without some of the compartments popping open randomly. I have pets so that's not ok! I also like that you can pop the individual days off of the base for travel. Make no mistake, these are HONKING huge containers, and the whole week of them is almost comically huge in hand. Each day literally fits 2x-3x the number of capsules and tablets that most other brands that claim to be XL can fit. This brand truly has XL compartments. If you can't fit everything you need for each day in one of these compartments, then I am here to tell you that you are probably taking too many things. I should know! :)

This is perfect! My son has Down Syndrome, and his supplement regimen is quite large. His old pill container was popping open, and wasn’t easy to take with, without pills ending up in the bottom of my purse. This pops off the base, and easily holds all of his pills!

So big, perfect for all of my vitamins and supplements, easy to open, clear writing on top. Highly recommend !

I purchased this extra large pill organizer because I have a lot of supplements I take. There is plenty of room and the cases are clear and easy to see. I like that I had a choice of colors. I chose pink. The words are large and easy to read. The tops are a little hard to open, but they stay closed and the pills don't spill out. My biggest concern is getting each small container off the tray, especially the ones with cases on either side. I have to use a lot of strength to remove them or tip the whole container over, but the rest of the cases don't fall off and spill. Overall, I like the clean, tidy look and the large space for pills and capsules. The print is easily readable and the contents don't spill. I give it 4 stars.

This pill organizer was purchased to replace my current organizer. It easily holds 3 times the amount of pills and is especially suited for larger pills. I would recommend the Extra Large Pill Organizer. Each individual or daily container is removable from the parent strip for an overnight venue. Each compartment is clearly marked with the day and time. Overall, the appearance, quality, and ease of use are a major improvement over previous organizers I have used. I would purchase this item again, should the need arise. It would be a great gift item for friends & family.
