If you suffer with extremely painful leg cramps, then take just one of these capsules per day.I was up all night with absolutely the worst cramps, then I found this product on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try, (after using another product ,which was more expensive) .I do not have leg cramps anymore and I can sleep much better, too.
